The Phelps Community Center is made up 53,000 square feet.  We offer meeting room space, gym space, and event space.  Located inside the building is The Village of Phelps Clerks Office, Code Enforcement Office, and Police Station.   The Phelps Library, The Phelps Community Food Cupboard, Ontario ARC, and Upstate Taekwondo are also located within the building.  We also have a game room and fitness center.  Outside we have green space, an amphitheater, and two playgrounds.
