Rachel Strablow (formerly known as Rachel Rowles during her playing career) was a standout midfielder at Palmyra-Macedon High School, where she recorded an impressive 152 goals and 80 assists over the course of her career. As a junior, she set single-season program records with 64 goals and 106 draw controls, earning team MVP honors. A two-time First Team All-League selection and a US Lacrosse All-American nominee her senior year, Rachel graduated ranked third all-time in program history for goals, assists, and total points.

Her high school success propelled her to Jacksonville University, where she competed at the NCAA Division I level. During her time at Jacksonville, the team captured both the ASUN Regular Season and Tournament Championships, earning its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance. Rachel played a key role in that historic season, contributing to one of the most successful campaigns in program history.

Now, with her daughter discovering a love for the game, Rachel is passionate about giving back to the sport by helping youth players develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love for lacrosse. She is committed to creating a positive, growth-focused environment where young athletes can thrive—just as she did.
