Rhythm Ride Mondays 6:30 am Gina Jacques

You want a spin class that makes you forget you’re working out? Rhythm Ride is it!!! Rhythm Ride is a 30-minute, beat-based spin class guided by music, geared for all levels from beginners to advanced. This class will make you sweat, smile, and fall in love with spin by letting you pick your hard.

 

HIIT Strength Mondays 5:00 pm, Tuesday/Friday 6:30 am Kate Springer

Torch calories, build endurance, and boost your metabolism with quick, powerful intervals of cardio and strength based movements. Expect exercises like jump squats, mountain climbers, kettlebell swings, and resistance circuits- designed to push you to your limits in short bursts, followed by recovery periods that keep your heart rate up and your body challenged (High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT). Great for all fitness levels with modifications provided!

 

Snatched Core Tuesdays/Fridays 6:00 am, Tuesdays 5:00 pm Kate Springer

"Snatched" has a new meaning in the fitness world- it means toned, strong, and confident— and this class will help you feel exactly that. We suggest getting to two or three classes per week for maximized results. This 30 minute pilates and strength fusion that targets your abs, waist, and posture with deep core moves and a spicy cardio finisher.

 

Senior Strength & Cardio Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:00 & 9:35 am Kandace DeVall

These 30 minute classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardio endurance for anyone who considers themselves "actively aging." (BTW, we all are!) Classes are always different; there are no routines to learn and everyone works to their own ability. We use weights, resistant bands, weighted bars, and your own body weight for a total body workout and plenty of fun!

 

GOAT Series: Booty Bootcamp Tuesday/Thursdays 5:30 pm Pam Raes

45 minute strength and conditioning class. Each month classes will be focused on one particular muscle group. Playing on “Greatest of All Time” acronym. September classes will be Glute, October cOre, November Arms and legs, and December The whole package or Total body. The goal is to do the full series to maximize your results over 4 weeks.

 

RISE with Victoria Wednesdays + Thursdays 6:30 am Victoria Blasidell

A class that blends the mindful movement and breathwork of yoga with the core-strengthening and alignment-focused exercises of Pilates. It will be a balanced workout that improves flexibility and core strength.

 

Evening Yoga: Easy Flow and Stretches for a Good Night Sleep Thursdays 6:30 pm Darcy DiPane

Prepare for a restful night with this calming evening practice designed to release the day’s tension and soothe your nervous system. Through a gentle, slow paced flow and deep, relaxing stretches, we’ll quiet the mind and unwind the body. This class uses floor based postures to target common areas of stress, such as hips, shoulders, and back, leaving you feeling grounded and ready for a peaceful night’s sleep. All levels welcome.

 

Step + Tone Saturdays 7:00 am Gina Jacques

Step & Tone is a TABATA-style class that combines aerobic step moves with strength training using dumbbells. This mix of cardio and resistance work provides maximum sweat and calorie burn, leading to excess post-exercise oxygen consumption for an afterburn effect. Designed for all fitness levels, this class will keep your body challenged and energized.

 

Cycle Fusion Saturdays 9:00 am Pam Raes

25+ minutes of cycling immediately followed by 25+ minutes of strength training for a workout that combines the two for people who need to get as much out of a workout in a short period of time as they can. Class takes about an hour to allow for stretching and transitioning. This class is a great introduction to cycling for beginners.

 

Strong & Sculpted 9/7 + 9/28 9:30 am Lindsay Sherman

This class combines targeted strength training with functional movements to sculpt your body and improve the way you move, no matter your fitness level. Come ready to lift, sweat, and feel empowered!

 

Zumba 9/8 6:00pm, 9/20 9:00am, 9/23 6:30pm Jenny Ouellette

Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class that blends music with easy-to-follow moves for a total body workout. You’ll shake, shimmy, and sweat your way through routines that feel more like a party than a workout. Zumba is designed for all fitness levels—no dance experience required—just bring your energy and let the music move you!
