US
The mission of Phelps Community Center is to create and develop a self-supporting center for family-oriented and multi-generational programs and activities to improve the quality of life in the Community of Phelps. In addition, blend municipal and income-producing tenants into the location in order to enhance the community center in ways that support our local community.
